Founding partner and lead Attorney

Attorney Elizabeth Crouch shows compassion and empathy to her clients because as a child of divorced parents, she has been in your family’s shoes. She believes in zealously advocating for her clients and their children. Attorney Crouch is passionate about protecting and fighting for her clients. She is highly experienced with over twenty years of experience in litigating cases and getting results.
In addition to Attorney Crouch’s extensive litigation career, she has been teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution at the University of Massachusetts Lowell for over 13 years, where she has developed a course for rising Attorneys centered around identifying legal issues, problem solving, and achieving outstanding results for her clients. Her unique combination of expertise in both mediation and litigation allows Attorney Crouch to use her skills to advocate, whether it is in the Courtroom or in the Conference room, in order to get the best, most cost effective, results for her clients. Her practice focuses primarily on Family Law and Divorce.
Elizabeth lives in Hingham with her three children and husband, where she enjoys boating, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.
