Kristin L. Kelley is an associate attorney at Coastal Divorce and Family Law. She is an assertive and compassionate advocate for her clients that emphasizes preserving a healthy family dynamic. She received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Fitchburg State University in 2016, where she served as President for the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honors Society and her law degree from Suffolk Law University in May 2020, where she served as symposium and online editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. Before joining the firm, Kristin spent time working as a law clerk for a healthcare firm in downtown Boston, where she participated in Medicare and Medicaid overpayment investigations and research related to HIPAA. She previously worked for a family law firm as a law clerk and associate attorney working hand-in-hand with clients to achieve their goals. Kristin regularly counsels individuals on all areas of divorce and family law. Kristin handles divorces, contested or uncontested, custody disputes, contempts, modifications, restraining orders and harassment prevention orders. Kristin believes every client deserves clear, compassionate, client-centered and solution-orientated advocacy and is dedicated to providing this approach for all her clients. Kristin offers free consultations to provide potential clients an opportunity to meet with her and learn more about her and her unique approach with clients.
